ARTEMIA QUALITY PROBLEM SOLVE : On April,we receive a customer complaint that the new batch artemia cysts hatching rate is not as good as before.After getting the news,we firstly arrange the test of our preserved sample and found evering good. According to customers information that he also test another supplier sample and it is good.In order to finding out the reason,we sent a technican to inspect the reaon.
After inspection by the technican,we found the water temperature in local place is too high,it reach 31.5-32.5degree.It is higher than artemia need temperature(28-30degree),so this reason result in the artemia cysts hatching reduce.
Our solution:supply the customer other kind sample(which is better to resist high temperature) to test again .Regarding the compensation,even though it is not our goods quality problem to result in ,but we still compensate for customer 10%compensation of the the total money considering of his lost and remind him the water temperature high reson to result in the artemia cysts hatching reduction we don’t accept compensation in the future.
Because almost all of the artemia cysts will be influenced by the high water temperature.
Customer is very satisfied with our solving way.
